Benedikt Hjálmarsson, BG's founder, is the C.E.O. of BG Cleaning Systems and the Managing Director of the Specialized Cleaning Services Department.

In 2001, Sherry Ruth E. Buot, B.S.N.-R.N., came on board to be the Managing Director of the Janitorial Services Department and of Business Development.

In 2007, Axel Karlsson, joined BG´s Management as the General Manager. Axel used to be a top manager of one of Iceland's largest chain of hotels for many years. Axel's indubitably competent management skills have highly influenced and contributed to the evolution, progress and advancement of BG in the Cleaning Services Sector.

Together, the dynamic team developed BG into the enterprising, innovative, efficient and effective, multifaceted cleaning services company it is today.
